Finale Friday

As you are likely expecting, Red Deer Symphony Orchestra will not be able to proceed with the final concert of our season. The restrictions placed on public gatherings by the Government of Alberta have been extended through the summer, and Red Deer College has cancelled all events held at the RDC Arts Centre, which includes our performance. While we are sincerely disappointed that this performance will not be proceeding, we are also cognizant of our role in helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community.  

We are grateful for your understanding and support as we navigate our way forward.  We will continue to provide updates as we receive new information and finalize decisions about the 2020-2021 season. 

We hope to have the opportunity to share live symphonic music with you soon and continue our mission to ignite passion for arts and culture in Central Alberta.
