About Our Organization
The Red Deer Symphony Orchestra (RDSO) is a professional orchestra and non-profit arts charity that performs a season of concerts and community programming that reaches between 8,000-10,000 people in central Alberta each year.
RDSO is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant. This is a temporary, part-time position of three days a week.
What does the role look like?
Assisting in maintaining the physical business office of the RDSO Association
Processing and sort mail
Assisting with the implementation of the Marketing Plan
Managing social media platforms
Assisting with administrative requirements for concert production
Assisting in organizing community programming
What are we looking for?
A demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated
A demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Computer proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
